Well first of all I stopped purchasing extra points a while ago because the gaming site or Apple would not refund my money for charges on card that I did not get the credit for. One night I was playing and my card was declined twice but I know there was more than enough money in my account. So the third time it went through FOR ALL THREE PURCHASES but I only got credit for the last purchase and since no one wanted to refund my money I stopped purchasing extra credit but I keep playing. And I have been playing for a least 5 years . Now keep in my mind I have played the game using my email and FB before without losing my place. I got on the app to play my game and I am not sure why this time it ask how I want to play which I chose FB which I have many times before with no problem but this I was playing at the very beginning. NOPE so I logged in with my email with no luck. I tried many to get back to where I was after playing every day for at least 5 years. With no luck emailed customer support with no reply. So bye. And I gave you one star because of my issues and because of the people who much bigger complaints below me and so how their ratings was 5 stars I really don’t think they meant to give you 5 stars. But if you have 5 stars with a BAD complaint it really doesn’t hurt your rating any now does it

I felt like I was reeled in from the beginning. You start to win and advance through the levels (cities) until you get to a certain point then for the most part your only chance of a bingo is buying diamonds for an “extra chance”. The goal of each round is to collect photos and fill your book to advance, but there comes a point where your only eligible to continuously win the same photos leaving them to drain your coin count and leaving you with the only resort to purchase more coins with the HOPE to see a new photo to get to the next round. You are able to trade cards with live people but wait there are intradable photos you are usually stuck with leaving you unable to advance. The game was fun and I probably would have continued if it didn’t seem so obvious they want you to spend to win. I wouldn’t have minded spending bc I enjoyed the game but it becomes nearly impossible and too frustrating. I wish they would change the game around to cater the fun and less about the money but .. I know it’s funny right? Unfortunately I canceled my plus membership for those reasons. I’ve also reached out in Facebook for concerns bc they are so socially active but no response so I felt compelled to call it quits

I returned to the game after a long time and in keeping with the trend, it was churning out chips to keep playing. Then, also in keeping and within a week suddenly it was a struggle and has been for 3. So they pull you in and then drop you to force you to buy chips. It’s fun, but it’s just sleazy because it’s SO obvious. *EDIT: hilarious. Dev wants to say it’s all luck and chance, but I went days and many bingo chips without a single Bingo. Weeks with only a couple here and there. Fun fact: yesterday, the day after I posted my review, suddenly I hit the 805 bingo chips on spin and then just kept getting awarded and the “a little something to keep you going” rewards. And now I’m getting regular bingos again, as well. 🤔🤔🤔🤣 I gain absolutely nothing for sharing my truthful experience with the game. Nothing at all. The dev definitely gains from pretending the game is “all luck and chance.” It’s not luck and chance. They run algorithms and, like I said, it’s painfully obvious. My husband plays, as well. So we sit next to each other and play. This is also his nearly identical experience. It’s one thing to do this, it’s another to hop on an honest review with some “it doesn’t work like that! Join our social media for a measly 20 bingo chips a day when we feel like posting them!” Please stop. It’s embarrassing.

Hi!! I definitely play this game way more then I should and find it very fun and addictive! However, I noticed something changed this past week that’s making it harder to keep playing. When playing in the Legendary, Superior and Majestic modes, the game says that Chests will give you bonus prices, one of them being a certain amount of Tokens with a maximum limit (ex. Legendary = 4,000; Superior = 6,400; Majestic = 11,000 for a far city like Havana). Even without getting bingos in some games, getting chests still excited me because there was a high chance of me getting my tokens back or even profit with the high number of possible tokens within the chest. Recently though I noticed it stopped doing that over all. I could get up to 6 chests while playing and never get over 200 tokens back when I used to sometimes get over 1,000 with 1 chest. The more I play, the more I lose and it seems as if the game isn’t following how much tokens we’re supposed to be getting from these “higher level” mode chests and it never used to be like this. Spending 1,500 tokens on a Majestic mode card was reasonable KNOWING you can get a majority of the tokens back but now they never give you over 400. If this ONE problem is fixed, it would be much easier for me and regular players to continue. Thank you!
